This free utility enables you to export data such as documents, files, browser bookmarks, preference settings, photos, Skype chat histories and Outlook emails to a data stick. And then load them back into Windows 10. PC transfer can also be used for data backups.

However, ensure you note all your passwords before beginning the transfer process. Because PC transfer can neither read nor export passwords.
