We cannot be held responsible for any typographical or photographic errors. Please in particular take note, with each individual product, of what properties we are assuring and what we do not provide a warranty for.

Under no circumstances – including, but not limited to, a case of negligent conduct on our part – we shall be liable for any losses incurred to you arising from the use of our online shop.

Unless they are marked as being the intellectual property of a third party, the texts and graphics made available here are our intellectual property.

We treat your personal data with the greatest of care. We will never pass on your data to third parties.

Due to a special contractual regulation, we does not deliver to customers in the People's Republic of China, including the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao. By acknowledging these terms and conditions of use, you are confirming that you are not resident in China, including Hong Kong or Macao, and that you are also not ordering from this region.

Right of revocation

You are entitled to revoke the sales contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period shall amount to 14 days as from the day on which the contract is concluded. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you need to declare to us that you are revoking the sales transaction using the contact form linked to here.

Revocation shall no longer be possible once a licence key has been transmitted to you. Software licences are generally excluded from any return.

Consequences of revocation

Should you revoke this agreement, we are obliged to refund you any payments that we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days as from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this agreement. We shall use the same method of payment for said refund that you used for the original sales transaction, unless anything to the contrary has expressly been agreed with you. We will never charge you any fees for making such a refund.

The applicable law is the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (HKSAR).

Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer, credit card payment and European solutions for online instant payments.
