37 security vulnerabilities in Windows 10

At the beginning of 2025, an unusually large number of security vulnerabilities have accumulated in Windows 10, some of which are critical. They allow uncontrollable unauthorised access to the system. The security patch KB5051974 from Microsoft helps against this.

If you do not install this patch automatically, please enter the term ‘updates’ in the search window at the bottom of the screen under Windows 10. Under the search results, click on ‘Check for updates’ in the Control Panel and then download and install the KB5051974 update.

The current security weakness of Windows 10 reminds us once again of the need to switch to Windows 11. From the end of February, we will be able to offer you the Windows 11 Ultra Stick, which allows you to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 without reinstalling, even on old devices.
