Office 365 malfunction

On the morning of 25 January 2023, it was that time again. Millions of users of Outlook, Teams and OneDrive in the subscription version (Microsoft Office 365) could no longer start their software. They had to postpone replying to emails and could no longer access their data.

Microsoft urges its customers not to use Office programmes in the full version, but in the subscription version as Office 365, because the subscription is the most expensive and thus most profitable variant for Microsoft. In the application, parts of the software are loaded from your device, but other parts are loaded from Microsoft servers. If anything does not work on these servers, you are paralysed.
