Android smartphones at risk: this update is urgent!

The latest Google Android update 41 closes 40 security vulnerabilities, some of which are critical. Hackers have managed to take control of many thousands of Android devices. Google has reacted.

Here's what to do now to ensure the security of your device:

Open Settings on your device.

Tap About phone or About tablet and then Android version. Here you will find your Android version, the Android security update and the build number.

If you receive a notification, open it and tap the update button.

If the notification is no longer displayed or your device was offline, proceed as follows
Open the settings on your device.

Tap on System and then Software update. The update status of your device is displayed.

Follow the instructions on the screen.
