Corona: What did Hong Kong do right?

In many European countries, too, a mask is now mandatory. Here in Hong Kong, as early as January 2020, two thirds of all people wore a protective mask when they left home. Since February 2020, the figure has risen to more than 99 percent. In addition, we have been adhering strictly to the rules of distance for six months now.
