In United Kingdom a company "FairSoftware EPROFX Limited" is active, which is to be resident under the address International House 124 Cromwell Road, Kensington, London, England, SW7 4ET. We, FaireSoftware Limited in Hong Kong, have no business relationship with this company. We consider their naming to be misleading because the company name simulates a proximity to our company, FaireSoftware Limited, which does not exist.

However, since the full name is "FairSoftware EPROFX Limited" and not "FairSoftware Limited", we do not have a good chance of suing the British company to change its name.

Please note the difference in name!
